Check, Complete, Confirm: Review Your Personal Details

Have you reviewed your personal data on MyView lately?

It is important for you to check the personal information that we hold for you regularly in order that any correspondence is delivered to the correct address and in an emergency the University has the appropriate, and correct contacts for you. We also want to keep up to date with your personal and professional development and make sure that we record your qualification achievements.

Please logon to the MyView icon on your desktop to make any amendments, or log on via https://hrselfservice.lincoln.ac.uk/

Once you are on MyView, click the ‘My Information’ tab on the left-hand menu and then review the information in each section of the tab, amending and confirming changes that are necessary. Once completed, it is important you have told us you have reviewed your data by clicking into the ‘My Data Checked’ section and complete the date of the review in the “Last Checked Date field”.
