The aim of the Anticipating Reasonable Adjustments workshop is to develop line manager’s confidence in understanding, discussing and implementing reasonable adjustments.

By the end of this workshop, you will have learned:
• Understand legal requirement for reasonable adjustments
• Be aware of the subjective nature of legal decisions around ‘reasonableness’ and emerging case law
• Recognise best practice on reasonable adjustments
• Be confident in understanding the needs of direct reports and in advocating those needs within the University
